Osteoporosis is a nasty disease. Women, however, are more likely to suffer from bone degeneration during and after menopause due to the rapid decline of estrogen produced by the body.<\/p>\n

Worldwide, 8.9 million fractures occur annually from this disease, or one every 3 seconds. 1 in 3 women and 1 in 3 men will experience an osteoporotic fracture over the age of 50. By 2050, the worldwide incidence of hip fractures in men is projected to increase by an astonishing 310% and in women by 240%.\u00a0These are not good statistics, but thankfully there is hope\u00a0!<\/p>\n

To reverse and cure osteoporosis naturally you need to use multiple approaches (holistic approach) and most importantly, apply them every day<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Osteoporosis Cure 1 – Chondroitin, Collagen, Gelatin, and Hyaluronic Acid\u2026<\/u><\/strong><\/h3>\n

All of these nutrients and ingredients are\u00a0essential<\/u>\u00a0for rebuilding bone matrix and cartilage. Chondroitin and hyaluronic acid are also crucial for lubricating the joints and muscles. When you see a picture of a healthy bone compared to an osteoporosis bone (such as the one above), you\u2019ll notice the normal bone has a healthy honeycomb type of pattern whereas the osteoporosis bone has the honeycomb pattern but with large \u201cgaps\u201d. This is basically the bone matrix wasting away. And the more it wastes away the softer your bones get.<\/p>\n

So to lay the groundwork for your body to start rebuilding the bone matrix and cartilage, you must make sure you take in these nutrients every day without fail. To do this, firstly take the time to research and find yourself a reputable osteo supplement that contains any of these ingredients. Make sure it\u2019s high quality. Now, we\u2019re not saying that calcium isn\u2019t important for bone health. It definitely is. What we\u2019re saying is focusing solely on your calcium intake and forgetting about the other essential nutrients that are needed to rebuild and strengthen your bones (and are crucial for keeping the calcium in your bones so it doesn\u2019t leach out) is not a good idea.<\/p>\n

Your bones are made up of at least a dozen minerals, and each one is crucial for bone health and bone strength. All are equally as important as each other and because of their synergistic action, daily intakes are required in the correct amounts and ratios for full absorption.<\/p>\n
